Anweisungen:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Wash the zucchini thoroughly and grate it finely to release its natural moisture.
  3. In a bowl, combine the grated zucchini with the oats, mixing well until the moisture from the zucchini helps bind the oats together.
  4. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small, soft patties that are suitable for baby finger foods.
  5. Place the patties on a baking tray (using a silicone mat or lightly greased foil if available, as these do not introduce additional ingredients) and bake for 12-15 minutes until they are set on the outside while remaining soft inside.
  6. Allow the patties to cool completely to a safe temperature before serving.

Storing Options:
Leftover fritters can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours; reheat thoroughly before serving.

Potential Allergies:
This recipe contains only oats and zucchini, which are typically well-tolerated, but consult your pediatrician if your baby has known food allergies.

Side Effects:
Ensure that the fritters are soft to avoid choking hazards and always supervise your baby while eating.
